You can request a Zoom or Teams demo via the contact form. You will be shown SYMSuit and Wearables in an interactive way for 30 minutes. The working language is English, German or Dutch.

After submitting the order request, you will receive a proforma invoice (quote). The shipping costs are also stated on this. After receipt of payment, the order will be shipped. Shipping costs depend on the weight and country.  If you request an order, these will be stated on the Proforma Invoice. DHL takes care of the handling of the shipment. You can follow this with Track & trace.

Please transfer the money by bank. The Proforma Invoice contains all bank details. Or pay online by creditcard (link).

Delivery takes a maximum of 10 weeks. The products are made by hand. Before delivery you will receive a message from FacetMedi and shipping company that your order has been sent. You can follow this with Track & Trace.
